Are you enjoying the autumn taste and appetite? For those of you who want to enjoy autumn a little more, please enjoy a meal at "Rakuzo Utage Umeda". Our restaurant offers a "Seasonal Recommendation Menu" for each season. Currently, dishes featuring ingredients that are in season in autumn are now available.
Today, we will introduce a selection from our seasonal menu.
Sashimi of returning bonito / 979 yen (tax included)
This is the "Sashimi of returning bonito", which allows you to enjoy the bonito in season. Many sake and shochu lovers will choose sashimi and other seafood dishes. We hope you will enjoy the bonito with well-cooked fat. The use of yakumi (condiments) will further enhance the flavor of the bonito.
Kumamoto higo masaaki grilled eggplant with meat miso / 605 yen (tax included)
The next item we will introduce is the "meat miso grilled eggplant" which can be enjoyed with an eggplant called "higo mrasaki". Eggplant is known as a summer vegetable, but higomurasaki has two main seasons a year (February to June and September to November). In season, higomurasaki is so soft and juicy with its skin and flesh that it can even be eaten raw! Topped with a generous amount of sweet and spicy meat miso, it makes a perfect accompaniment to alcoholic beverages. We hope you enjoy it.
