Special beef steak - grated onion and apple sauce - / 1,529 yen (tax included)

Firstly, we would like to introduce you to a steak made from a rare part of beef, mizuji, which can only be obtained from a handful of cows. Mizutoki is soft and tender with just the right amount of sinew, and the more you bite into it, the more flavorful it becomes. The more you bite into it, the more delicious it tastes. We hope you enjoy it.
