The meat dishes introduced here are the above two. The "Seared Selected Pork Shoulder" has a good balance of fat and lean meat, and the flavor of the meat itself is enhanced by the savory roasting. Please enjoy it with a refreshing dip in ponzu (Japanese sauce made from grated onion and grated radish). Also, the steak with beef meatballs has a soft texture and juicy flavor.
