10 Dishes with Sake! Seasonal Course with Exceptional Flavor|Rakurakuzo Utsunomiya Ikegami

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Utsunomiya Ikegami store.

Today, we are pleased to introduce two different course menus featuring quality ingredients. Which do you prefer, the plan featuring seafood and high quality pork dishes, or the plan with hot pot as the main course, which you will want to eat during the cold season?

 

Use of high quality hybrid pork

Seafood and pork can be tasted at the same time in the "Taste of the Season (Best of the Season) Course" for 4,500 yen (tax included). The grilled dish, "Specially Selected Grilled Pork with Suriboshi Onion Soy Sauce," is made from hybrid pork that is outstanding in terms of freshness and quality. The more you bite into this dish, the more you can feel the delicious flavor of the pork.

The meal will consist of chirashizushi (sushi rice with chirashi), which combines the seasonal cold yellowtail and pickled dumplings with a delightful texture. Other dishes include healthy "konnyaku tsukemen" (noodles with dipping sauce made of konnyaku) and fresh sashimi.

When you want to warm up your body chilled by the cold air outside, we recommend the "Taste of the Season (Nabe) Course" for 4,500 yen (tax included). You can enjoy the "Hakyu-nabe (hot pot) of specially selected pork shoulder loin" using our signature broth prepared with the utmost care for its deliciousness. We usually serve ramen as a finisher, but you can change it to zosui (rice porridge) if you wish. Please let us know at the time of reservation.
