Seasonal Taste Course" featuring a variety of seasonal dishes

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the private dining room Rakuzo Utsunomiya Ikegami.

 

December is approaching and the weather is turning cold and wintry. In order for our customers to enjoy the seasonal delicacies of the season, we have changed the dishes of our banquet courses according to the season.

The "Seasonal Taste (Gastronomy) Course" is one of our higher-ranked courses. It is the perfect course for those who want to indulge in a little luxury.

 

Enjoy a double main dish of meat and fish

The most distinctive feature of the "Seasonal Taste (Ippin) Course" is that you can enjoy both meat and fish main dishes. For the meat main dish, we offer "grilled special pork with negi miso" and for the fish main dish, we offer "batter-fried red fish and scallop".

You can enjoy a good balance of both meat and fish, making it perfect for when you are unsure of your partner's tastes.
