If you do not usually drink shochu, why not enjoy it with food and soda? Shochu varies in flavor and aroma depending on its ingredients, such as sweet potato, barley, rice, and awamori.

If you are new to shochu or are not a fan of shochu, how about a refreshing barley shochu with little flavor?

We recommend the "Mugi Sole" for 583 yen (tax included), which combines the fruity and refreshing barley shochu "Ichibanfuda" with soda and lemon, making it easy to drink!

It is a perfect match for fried, baked, and other strong-flavored dishes, as well as one-pot meals. Please give it a try.

Taiwanese motsu nabe, which originated in Nagoya, consists of a soy sauce-based broth topped with plenty of motsu, chives, bean sprouts, and deliciously spicy minced meat. It is the perfect nabe menu for the coming cold season.
