はじめにご紹介するのは、旬の鱧を使用した「鱧カツ　梅肉おろしポン酢、山椒塩添え」です。活〆にした鱧を使用しサクッと揚げました。表面はサクッと、身はふわふわ！梅肉おろしや山椒塩を添えておりますので、ぜひご使用ください。さっぱりとお召し上がりいただけます。
