Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Yaesu branch of Rakuzo Utage.

This is the "Oyama Tori Chicken Toro Meat on a Large Skewer with Salt and Wasabi" which is very satisfying on its own skewer. This is a standard izakaya skewer, but this one is served on a large skewer, so it is very satisfying! The accompanying wasabi enhances the flavor of the Oyama chicken even more.
