Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Utage Yaesu Store.

We are proud of our wide variety of alcoholic beverages. We have an extensive lineup of over 50 types of shochu, including rare premier shochu. We also have sake, highballs, cocktails, plum wine, and other alcoholic beverages that are sure to satisfy even the most discerning drinker. In this issue, we will introduce our shochu.

 

The appeal of "HARUKO-UMEYOMI" is its refreshing and easy-drinking nature.

Sata Soji Shoten, founded in 1908, is a long-established shochu distillery that continues to produce shochu in Ei-cho, Ibusuki County, Kagoshima Prefecture. Sata Soji Shoten's representative brand, "Seikou Amoyomi," was created with the desire to "make the excellence of imo-jochu more widely known. Many people say that "Seikou Amoyomi" introduced them to the taste of imo-jochu.

This luxurious potato shochu is made from Kogane-Sengan, grown in an area surrounded by rich nature, and clean natural groundwater. The secret to the delicious taste of Haruko-Amoyomi is the addition of a little rice shochu! The addition of rice shochu gives it a mellow taste, and ranks up the deliciousness of potato shochu. Furthermore, after distillation, impurities in the shochu are removed by hand to bring out the best flavor of the shochu. This smooth and smooth tasting potato shochu has no peculiarities and is easy to drink, so it is recommended even for those who do not like potato shochu!

 

Nanjakanja" using groundwater from Aso

Since its establishment in 1867, Zuitaka Co., Ltd. has been producing high quality sake in Kumamoto. Nanjakanja was created in collaboration with Osaka-based Sanyo Bussan Co. Using 100% Aso subsoil water, Nanjakanja is an exquisite sake with a mellow and refreshing taste. Please try it with our dishes!
