Check out our menu for the chilly season! | Rakuzo Utage Yaesu

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Utage Yaesu Store.

In order for our customers to experience the change of the seasons, we offer a wide range of menus for each season. In this issue, we would like to introduce our most popular menu for the chilly season.

Dashi-maki Tamago (Eggs rolled in broth with fresh snow)" to enjoy the passing winter with all five senses.

We had a lot of snow this winter. We have added a twist to the dashimaki tamago, a staple menu item at izakaya (Japanese style pubs). The egg white ankake is poured over the dashimaki tamago to make it look like light snow. The egg white swimming in the starchy sauce is just like a fluffy snowflake.

A great combination of hot pot! Porridge Set

Some mornings and evenings are still chilly. Perhaps because of this, many customers still order hot pot. It is a fact that some customers feel that nabe alone is not enough. That is why we have prepared a Zosui (rice porridge) set. You can enjoy the soup that has soaked up the extracts of the ingredients until the very end. For those who would like to choose something other than zosui, we also offer a separate udon and ramen set, which are the standard finishing dishes.

We are pleased to introduce our popular winter menu. Japan has four distinct seasons, each with its own seasonal ingredients and dishes suited to the climate. When dining at our restaurant, we hope that you will order a menu that will allow you to experience the four seasons.

Rakuzo Utage is a Japanese dining room with all private rooms.
Private rooms of various sizes are available for small drinking parties and
For business entertainment, dinners, medium-sized banquets, and large groups
It can be used in various situations.

We will color your banquet with dishes that are popular with both men and women, young and old alike. Please be sure to try our most popular dishes such as beef tongue and grilled skewers. We are also proud of our original dishes. Unlike ordinary izakaya restaurants, we focus on dishes other than snacks, so even those who do not drink alcohol can enjoy our food.
