Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Utage Yaesu Store.
We have prepared many dishes that we would like our customers to try. We are very proud of all of our dishes, but this time we would like to introduce three of them that we would like you to try!
Our signature dish, Shiro-motsu-nabe, is one that we hope you will try. It is a dish that we hope you will enjoy with fresh and tasty vegetables and hearty, collagen-filled motsu.
You can also order additional ingredients of your choice, so you can make your own pot.

It is said that the taste of Japanese food is determined by the dashi broth. At Rakurakura, we use the highest quality soy sauce made from light round soybeans and combine it with a broth made from a generous amount of bonito flakes and mixed flakes from Makurazaki and kelp from Hokkaido, giving the dish a mellow flavor.
This particular dashi broth is used to make dashimaki tamago (rolled egg).
This dish is made with A4 grade Japanese Wagyu beef thigh. It has a firm red meat flavor and a crispy finish.
We are proud of the ingredients used in our dishes, so please enjoy them!
