Our restaurant provides customers with menus created with seasonal flavors throughout the year. Today, we have selected three dishes that mainly use autumn ingredients, which are in the peak of their season. Juicy shiitake mushrooms deep fried.

Mushrooms are one of the most representative ingredients of autumn. We have prepared "Deep-fried Minamishimabara Shiitake Mushrooms in Garland Chrysanthemum Batter 745 yen (tax included)" using shiitake mushrooms. The stem part is deep-fried without removing it, so you can enjoy two different textures, the umbrella and the stem. The fresh aroma of the garland chrysanthemum that spreads in your mouth is also exquisite.

 

Spicy pickled vegetables and chicken go well together.

This is the "Wakadori Chicken Katsu with Spicy Pickled Eggplant Sauce" (853 yen (tax included)), which is made by breading tender young chicken meat and deep frying it until crispy. The tender flavor of the wakadori combined with the spicy pickled eggplant makes for a delicious dish that lingers in the mouth.

Japanese-style pasta is also lined up on the autumn menu. The "Pasta with Salmon and Saiyake Mushrooms in Burnt Soy Sauce Cream" (853 yen (tax included)) is filled with a variety of ingredients, and is exquisitely flavored and rich with the fragrance of burnt garlic soy sauce.
