ファーストオーダーは枝豆とこれ　薬味まみれの冷奴

最初のご注文は、乾杯ドリンクといっしょに楽しめるスピードメニューがおすすめです。おつまみの定番冷奴にたっぷり薬味がのった冷奴は、爽やかな香りがお酒を誘います。さっぱりと食べられますよ。ファーストオーダーの定番、枝豆といっしょにご注文いただくお客様が多いです。

ビールとよく合う　男爵じゃがバターチーズのホイル焼き

さっぱりと食べられる冷たいおつまみのあとは、バターとチーズが香るおつまみはいかがでしょうか。ホクホクの男爵イモに、とろとろになったバターとチーズがたっぷりとかかっています。カリカリになったベーコンがアクセントとなっている人気の一品です。

お肉はこだわりの串焼きを

鳥取県の大山山麓で育てられた大山どりは、通常より1週間ほど長く飼育したのちに出荷されるので、脂ののりがよくバランスのよい肉質であることが特徴です。

当店で丁寧に焼き上げる串焼きは5本盛りと8本盛りをご用意しております。たれ・塩をお好みで選んでご注文ください。
