Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Utage Yaesu Store.

 

There are many ingredients that are at their best during the hot summer season. At Rakuzo Utage Yaesu, we have prepared a limited menu that can only be enjoyed now, using ingredients that are in season during the summer and incorporating a summer flavor.

A menu of seasonal ingredients perfect for snacks

One of the seafood that is in season in summer is mizu-dako (octopus). At our restaurant, we serve fresh northern seawater octopus thinly sliced and served with a refreshing ponzu (Japanese sauce made of vinegar and soy sauce). Bitter gourd, which grows in the summer sun, is another delicious summer food. It is served with pork and tofu (bean curd) in the famous Okinawan dish, Goya Chanpuru. It is a tasty, appetizing, and nutritionally balanced menu that is perfect for summer.

Summer is also the season when spicy foods become tasty. We have prepared Japanese chicken wings in a spicy teriyaki curry chicken dish that is perfect for summer. You will not be able to stop drinking beer without thinking about it.

For those who want to build up their stamina and eat a lot of meat, we also recommend the red meat steak, which uses only A4-ranked Japanese beef.
