こちらは、国産親鳥の黒焼きです。鶏肉は、高タンパク低脂質。タンパク質は疲労回復に良いといわれている成分です。見た目は黒いですが、美味しい「国産親鳥の黒焼き」で疲労回復を目指してください。

牛ミスジは、一頭の牛からわずか数キロしかとれない、とても希少な部位です。肉質は、柔らかくほどよいサシが入っているのが特徴です。そんな希少部位を、ステーキにしてご提供しております。牛ミスジの味をさらに引き立てる「おろし玉葱とリンゴのソース」をよく絡めてお召し上がりください。
