Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Yaesu branch of Rakuzo Utage.

A dish made with sweet potatoes in season!

Nori salt sweet potato sticks / 490 yen (tax excluded)

First, we would like to introduce "Norishio Sweet Potato Sticks" made from sweet potatoes that are in season in autumn. The sweet potatoes are made into easy-to-eat sticks and deep-fried until crispy! Finished off with green laver and salt. The sweetness of the sweet potato combined with just the right amount of salt gives it an irresistible taste! We hope you enjoy it.

Deep-fried fatty mackerel with leek and lemon grated onion / 630 yen (tax excluded)

Next up is "Deep Fried Fatty Autumn Mackerel Tatsuta-age with Grated Green Onion and Lemon" using in-season autumn mackerel. Autumn mackerel is in season and has a lot of fat on it! We fried such autumn in our restaurant to make it crispy and juicy.

The crispy surface and juicy mackerel flavor overflows from the inside. The mackerel is served with our special leek and lemon grated onion for a refreshing taste.
