Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Yaesu branch of Rakuzo Utage.

Are you eating foods that are in season? Some of you may have heard the saying, "In-season foods are in season" or "In-season foods are rich in nutrients.

In fact, some seasonal foods are twice as nutritious when they are in season than when they are not! Oita local cuisine: Ryukyu (cold yellowtail) / 990 yen (excluding tax)

This is a local dish of Oita Prefecture called "Ryukyu" made with seasonal cold yellowtail. It is a dish of yellowtail sashimi marinated in sesame soy sauce. We use kneaded sesame seeds, so you can enjoy the rich flavor. Please try our "Ryukyu", a perfect accompaniment to alcoholic beverages.

In the cold season, many people still seek warm dishes. Our restaurant offers nabe dishes as part of our seasonal menu recommendations. The photo shows the "Yose-konabe" (thick white soup), which offers a rich white soup. The soup, which has soaked up the flavor of the ingredients, is also a great finishing touch for zosui (rice porridge), ramen or udon noodles! Please try it!
