東京の桜はだいぶ葉桜になってきましたね。道路や川に広がるピンク色の花びらでできたじゅうたんを眺めるのも楽しく、桜散り際も綺麗でつい立ち止まって見入ってしまう方も多いのではないでしょうか。当店では食を通して春を感じていただける季節限定のメニューをご用意しました。ぜひテーブルの上に広がる春もお楽しみください。

 

今だけ！旬の食材を使用した料理

◆よだれ鶏　～春野菜のナムル添え～　580円

中華料理でお馴染みの「よだれ鶏」は、「よだれが出るほど美味しい」からこの名がついたと言われています。山椒、ラー油、にんにくの入ったピリ辛ソースは香りで食欲を刺激、一切れ食べれば箸が止まらない、あとひく美味しさです。春野菜のナムルと併せて一緒にお召し上がりください。

 

◆国産Ａ４和牛 赤身肉のステーキ　1,780円

最近ヘルシー志向の女性を筆頭に人気の高い赤身肉。しっかりとした赤身の旨味が凝縮された味わいは、しつこさはなくあっさりとしています。但し、食べ応えはありますので肉をガッツリ食べたいという方にも満足していただけます。今しか食べられない味をお楽しみください。

 

甘酸っぱい春の味わい

食事メニュー以外のドリンクでも季節のおすすめがございます。特に「いちごビール(620円)」はビールのほろ苦さといちごの甘酸っぱさが春を連想させる味と香りです。目でも楽しめるドリンクもぜひご注文ください。
