When you want to pair Japanese food with sake or other alcoholic beverages, we recommend "sashimi" which allows you to enjoy the flavor of the ingredients as they are. Please take your time to enjoy the different flavors of each ingredient. In addition to the "Special Five-Piece Sashimi Platter," we also offer a variety of other sashimi.

Seared salmon sashimi with grated shiso leaves / 1,045 yen (tax included)

We also recommend the "Seared Salmon Sashimi with grated shiso leaves," in which the flavor and deliciousness of the salmon is enhanced by the searing process. Please enjoy it with yakumi (Japanese condiments). It is a dish that will make your sake go down a treat.
