Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Yaesu branch of Rakuzo Utage.

Suddenly, everyone is enjoying the flavors of the season? Our restaurant offers a "Seasonal Recommendation Menu" that you can enjoy each season. We have an assortment of seasonal flavors and dishes that are unique to the season.

Seasonal flavors with sake

Sashimi of Mizunasu eggplant / 759 yen (tax included)

Next, we will introduce "Mizunasu no Sashimi", a refreshing dish perfect for summer. Mizunasu is a fresh eggplant that has been quickly marinated in white soup and is a perfect match for sake. Please enjoy it.

Hamo Katsu (hamo cutlet) with grated plum paste ponzu sauce and sansho salt / 979 yen (tax included)

This is the "Hamo Katsu (hamo cutlet) with grated plum paste ponzu sauce and sansho salt", which is also served with ponzu sauce for a refreshing taste. We deep fry freshly harvested hamo (conger eel) until crispy. The delicate, fluffy texture of hamo is served with ponzu (Japanese plum paste and grated radish).
