Hello, I am the PR person in charge of the Yaesu branch of Rakuzo Utage.

We have a limited menu for each season at our restaurant, and I hope everyone has had a chance to try it. We are currently offering a summer menu in our "Seasonal Recommendation Menu" which changes seasonally. We will soon switch to the fall menu, so if you would like to enjoy the summer menu, please come to our restaurant as soon as possible.

Today, we introduce our summer menu.

Sashimi of Mizunasu eggplant / 759 yen (tax included)

The days are getting hotter and hotter, but not a few people choose crispy dishes at such times. This is "mizu-aubergine sashimi," which allows you to enjoy fresh mizu-aubergine. Please enjoy mizu-aubergine quickly marinated in white soup as sashimi.
