As autumn deepens, it is the time of year when we start to miss "nabe" (hot pot). At our restaurant, nabe is a staple of the fall and winter menu. It is a healthy dish with lots of vegetables and goes great with alcohol! We would like to introduce our recommended "motsu-nabe" (hot pot with vegetables and meat).

The restaurant's most popular menu item is a pot dish of plump entrails and vegetables simmered in an exquisite broth. We offer both "White Motsunabe" and "Taiwanese Motsunabe," so if you prefer spicy food, we recommend the Taiwanese Motsunabe.
Mots are good for relieving fatigue and are rich in nutrients such as collagen and vitamins. It is also said to be good for beautiful skin, so we hope our female customers will enjoy it as well.
