Spring is the season for meeting people. Some of you may be planning a welcome party or other banquet. We would like to introduce our restaurant's recommended courses for such people.

Vegetable: Hokkaido potatoes and bacon baked with cheese / soaked chicken ham and rape blossoms / marinated herring with sweet and sour vinegar
Salad : Colorful salad with sakura shrimps and tofu
boiled edamame (soybeans)
Sashimi : Assorted 3 kinds of sashimi
Seafood : Deep-fried red fish in batter -Secret pickles
Grilled chicken with mustard sauce
Meal : Chirashi Sushi with Marinated Tuna
Sweet: Dessert of the day + 200 yen (tax not included) to upgrade
For appetizers, we will serve Hokkaido hokuhoku potatoes for the stomach and sweet vinegar marinated kipper with vinegar, which is good for relieving fatigue. The seasonal sakura shrimps used in the salad contain a lot of taurine, which improves the function of the liver and is good for preventing hangovers. Please enjoy this dish if you are enjoying the course with alcoholic beverages. Another seasonal ingredient, red fish, is pickled to maximize its flavor and then deep-fried in batter. Please enjoy the batter-fried red fish with all its deliciousness.
