The most popular hot pot in which you can enjoy the full flavor of beef mots is "Shiro-motsu-nabe" (white motsu hot pot). You can fully enjoy the authentic Hakata flavor. Vegetables that have absorbed the full flavor of the beef chops are truly exquisite. Even those who normally do not like vegetables are often praised for being able to eat a hearty portion of vegetables.
