The chicken skewers served at our restaurant are made from Daisen chicken, one of Japan's most prized brand-name chickens.
Oyama chicken, raised on pasture in the great outdoors, is free from stress, and its meat is tender and stringy. We offer a wide variety of parts of the chicken, including the thigh, skin, liver, gizzard, and heart.
You can order your favorite kushiyaki skewers by the piece, and we also offer an assortment of popular parts. Please try our assortment when you want to share a table or when you want to eat various parts of the skewers.
The restaurant also offers shiitake mushroom skewers from Minamishima, Nagasaki Prefecture; pork-roll seared skewers with a hearty pork roll wrapped with leeks; and mayo cheese seared sausage skewers, which combine delicious sausage and mayonnaise, a perfect match.
