Goya Chanpuru with pork and tofu 750 yen (tax not included)
Bitter melon is a summer vegetable characterized by its bitterness. We offer "Goya Chanpuru," a classic summer menu using this bitter melon.
Bitter melon contains many nutrients, including abundant vitamin C. To this bitter melon, pork containing vitamin D, which relieves fatigue, and tofu containing ingredients that improve high blood pressure and promote fat metabolism are added, making this a menu item that is also good for your health. Thinly sliced northern sea-water octopus 790 yen (tax not included)
Thinly sliced sashimi of mizu-dako (octopus), which is in season in summer. It is served with ponzu (Japanese sauce made of vinegar and soy sauce) for a refreshing taste. Please enjoy it with your favorite sake or shochu from our extensive selection.
Cold sudachi soba noodles with plenty of condiments 750 yen (tax not included)
The refreshing taste of citrus fruits is perfect for the hot season. Chilled soba noodles topped with plenty of sudachi, which contains vitamin C that is expected to boost the immune system, are refreshing even on the hottest days.
