Rakuzo Utage Yokohama Nishiguchi Ekimae boasts authentic seared dishes made with generous portions of carefully selected ingredients, slowly prepared by our chefs.
Our seared dishes are often associated with meat, but we also offer a wide variety of seared dishes made with fresh seafood. We are also proud of our seared seafood, which has an added savory and juicy flavor that is different from sashimi. We hope you will try it with a variety of sakes.
Our seared seafood menu includes seared squid with sweet and spicy sauce, dried tiger hokke (hokke) overnight, seared vinegared mackerel, and other items that go great with sake.
Please enjoy the succulent seafood seared to perfection by our artisans. We also offer delicious seared Satsuma-age. Our Satsuma-age is handmade, and by searing it slowly, you can enjoy its savory flavor as well.
Our restaurant purchases fresh seafood daily from fishing ports all over Japan. Not only do we offer our seasonal fish as sashimi, but we also serve it as seared kama (kama) that we have purchased that day. The kama varies depending on the fish we purchase each day, so be sure to try our juicy kama seared as well.
