Our restaurant is dedicated to "seared" food. The technique of "aburi", which concentrates the deliciousness of ingredients and makes them burst in your mouth, is not an easy one to master. At our restaurant, our skilled artisans use their skills to the fullest to create our dishes.
This time, we would like to introduce "Skewers" as something you can enjoy on our "Aburi" menu. We hope you will order this menu item when you visit our restaurant.

If you want to enjoy a wide variety of skewers, we suggest you order this "Assorted 5 Japanese Skewers" to start with. The assortment of our standard skewers, including "momo, negima, gizzard, chicken skin, and liver," can be enjoyed by everyone. Please try our signature skewers, which are cooked through to the inside and have umami trapped inside. You can choose from salt or sauce.
