This is "Sashimi of Nagasaki Sea Mackerel". This is sashimi of the fatty mackerel from off the coast of Nagasaki, which is in season at this time of year. The mackerel's flavor is at its best during this time of the year, when it is in season, making it even more delicious than usual. Please enjoy it with Japanese sake such as shochu or sake.
This is "Beef Sukiyaki Kinchi-Age", our original creative Japanese food menu, in which ingredients used in Sukiyaki such as beef, onion, and garland chrysanthemum are wrapped in fried bean curd and deep-fried crispy and savory.
