Enjoy the plump tidbits!

This is "Shiro-motsu nabe" made with plenty of fresh motsu (white meat). It is a popular menu item that allows you to fully enjoy the natural flavor and juiciness of the intestines. It is especially recommended for those who are concerned about their lack of vegetables, as it is rich in chives and shimeji mushrooms. The richness of the pork and the dashi broth that makes the most of it make this dish irresistible.
 

Spicy hot pot is also available

This "Taiwanese Motsunabe" is a slightly spicy hot pot. The spiciness promotes perspiration and metabolism. It is a dish that those who like spicy food will especially like. There is nothing better than eating motsu nabe and drinking a cold beer while sweating!
