This is "Shiro-motsu nabe" made with plenty of fresh motsu (white meat). This dish is especially popular during this season, as you can fully enjoy the original flavor and juiciness of the meat. The abundance of chives and shimeji mushrooms also makes this dish perfect for those who are lacking in vegetables. The richness of the pork and the dashi broth that makes the most of it make this an exquisite nabe dish.
 

Accented with spicy minced meat

This "Taiwanese Motsunabe" is a slightly spicy hot pot. The spiciness promotes perspiration and metabolism. Eating spicy food makes alcohol go further. For those who like to drink, this is a good choice.
All of these hot pots are available in minimum order of 2 servings. We also offer side dishes such as rice, udon noodles, ramen noodles, rice with vegetables, eggs, and zosui (rice porridge), so that you can fully enjoy the dish until the end. We hope you will enjoy our exquisite nabe to the end.
