We have a variety of shochu on our menu, but some shochu beginners may not know which one to try. For such people, we recommend our standard brands. We are sure that you will be able to enjoy the taste of shochu with our standard shochu that has been loved and drunk by many people.
We recommend famous brands of potato shochu such as "Kurokirishima" and "Ikkokuja". We recommend drinking these imo-jochu on the rocks. You can enjoy both the rich aroma of imo-jochu and the gentle flavor of mizuwari.
 

There are also brands such as "Kami no Kawa" and "Hakudake Shiro" that are favored by connoisseurs!

In addition to the above, we also have a lineup that will please even the most discerning shochu connoisseurs.
The barley shochu "Kami no Kawa" is brewed by letting the original sake sit in white oak barrels for at least three years. This gives it a full-bodied aroma and a mellow, full-bodied taste.
The rice shochu "Hakudake Shiro" is characterized by the original flavor of rice and its less peculiar taste. It is a refreshing drink that goes well with meals!
