Introducing dishes that go well with sake and shochu! Unexpected dishes! | Yokohama Nishiguchi Ekimae Branch

<![CDATA[こんにちは、全席個室 楽蔵うたげ 横浜西口駅前店PR担当です。
How is everyone doing these days as the autumn weather is getting stronger? Autumn is the season for enjoying long nights. In such a season, we recommend enjoying a glass of sake or shochu at our restaurant. Of course, we also offer a variety of dishes that go perfectly with these alcoholic beverages!
Today, we would like to introduce you to some dishes that are perfect with sake and shochu. These will make your evening even more enjoyable!

Enjoy seared dishes at a leisurely pace!

The first thing I would like to recommend as a dish that goes well with sake and shochu is "seared" dishes. Japanese sake and seared dishes are a combination that has been familiar to the Japanese people for a long time. We would like to enjoy Japanese sake while slowly nibbling on seared dishes.
Among the seared dishes, we recommend the seared seafood dishes such as "Seared squid with sweet and spicy sauce" and "Seared vinegared mackerel". The more you chew, the more flavorful the squid and fatty mackerel become, making them a perfect match for Japanese sake!

It goes surprisingly well! Chilled whole tomatoes

Next, we recommend the "chilled whole tomatoes". This is a bit of an unexpected dish, but it goes well with this dish!
The key is the "celery salt" served with the tomatoes. Salt and Japanese sake go well together. Sake and salt go especially well together. Sake is composed of sweetness, bitterness, acidity, and umami, excluding saltiness. Therefore, when saltiness is added, the five elements that make up taste are satisfied.
This is a combination that we hope you will try at least once.
Of course, there are many other dishes we would like to recommend. We invite you to experience them with your own eyes and tongue!
