The restaurant offers two types of motsunabe.
One is the "Shiro-motsu nabe" served in a white miso broth with Rakuzo Utage's original seasoning. The slightly sweet and rich miso flavor enhances the deliciousness of the pork belly. Once you try this dish, you will definitely be captivated by it.
The other motsunabe is the "Taiwanese motsunabe" recommended for spicy food lovers. The standard motsunabe is topped with a generous amount of homemade spicy Taiwanese minced meat to give it a tangy and stimulating spiciness.
