Shochu goes well with our banquet courses and exquisite dishes. We have carefully selected a variety of excellent shochu from all over Japan, which can be enjoyed at a reasonable price, starting with a single glass. We have also started our summer menu, so please enjoy it as well.
We have a selection of standard potato shochu such as "Kurokirishima" and "Ikkokuja," but for customers who are not accustomed to the aroma of sweetpotato, we also have an easy-drinking sweetpotato shochu called "Umi. It is made from sweet potatoes called "beniotome" grown by contract farmers. It is carefully fermented at a low temperature before being distilled under reduced pressure, which gives it an unctuous aroma and sweetness. Please enjoy it on the rocks or with water. A glass of "Umi," which is also popular among women, costs 615 yen.
When you want to eat meat dishes with gusto, we recommend the authentic shochu 29. This rice shochu has a refreshing, clean taste that enhances the flavor of meat. The name "29" comes from the word "meat. It is available by the glass for 637 yen and by the bottle for 4,212 yen.
The popular summer menu item, "Goya Chanpuru with Pork and Tofu" is an excellent dish that goes great with shochu (Japanese liquor); please enjoy the authentic taste of US alt-bonk to the fullest.
