Beef tongue is a popular dish at yakiniku restaurants. While thinly sliced slices are common in yakiniku restaurants, we prepare thick slices of beef tongue so that our customers can enjoy not only the flavor but also the texture of the beef tongue. The fact that the beef tongue can be crispily chewed even though it is thick shows our commitment to quality beef tongue. Please try our signature dish, priced at 1,749 yen (tax included).
The "Meat Platter" is one of our signature dishes, offering beef, pork, and chicken on a single plate. We offer an assortment of three meats: medium-rare beef ribs, specially selected pork, and young chicken. The lean beef is full of flavor as you bite into it, while the fatty pork has a sweet fatty taste. The wakamitori is served with three different sauces, so be sure to try out which sauce goes best with each meat.
