One of the most typical ingredients for seared dishes is meat. Our restaurant offers a variety of meat-based seared dishes. We have a variety of seared chicken and pork dishes such as Seared Herb Sausage, Charcoal Grilled Oyama Bird Shoulder and Japanese Oyadori, and Seared Selected Pork Shoulder with Oni Oroshi Ponzu (grated onion and ponzu citrus juice).

 

We also have other seared beef items such as seared beef tongue and special beef meat steak. Beef Misuji, Pork Shoulder Loin, Chicken Toro Oshigushi (Big Skewer)1Rakuzo's meat platter is also available, featuring a generous portion of seared meat and a variety of other meats.
