We are reviewing the contents of our course menu each season. Currently,3month14Did you know that our spring course menu has started on April 1, 2012? These courses offer different tastes from the winter menu. Even if you enjoyed the winter course at a year-end party or a New Year's party, you will be able to enjoy it as well! This time, we would like to introduce our recommendation from the spring course.
Our course menu changes with the seasons, and is composed of dishes that suit the season and the climate of the time of year. Our course menus are different from the a la carte menu, and are well received by our guests as a way to enjoy the seasons.
Our current spring course features an abundance of spring ingredients such as asari, rape blossoms, sakura shrimps, princess bamboo, and shirasu (baby sardines). We are pleased to bring the arrival of spring to all of you. Spring is a time for many dinner parties with newly met people. Please come to our restaurant for an enjoyable dinner party.
There are many courses to choose from, but I would like to introduce a few that are unique in their own way.10This is the "Selected Course," a luxurious course that features a variety of dishes.
