Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Utage Yokohama Nishiguchi Ekimae Branch.
We have a variety of menu items that we hope you will enjoy, including our exquisite original dishes. Among these menus, we offer "Seasonal Recommendations," which are items that we particularly recommend that you order. Each dish is made with ingredients that are unique to the season and we are confident of its taste.
Today, we would like to introduce you to some of our "Seasonal Recommendations" menu items!
First, we will start with a dish using fish characterized by its fluffy meat. This is "Hamo Katsu" (hamo cutlet).It is "Ume plum paste with grated ponzu sauce and sansho (Japanese pepper) salt.
Hamo (Japanese conger eel) is in season in summer, but you can still enjoy delicious hamo in early September! We have made cutlets from hamo (Japanese conger eel).
The batter is crispy and the meat is fluffy!Enjoy the refreshing taste of ume paste grated ponzu and sansho salt!
This is also a dish using the seasonal seafood "Medai". It is "Medai no Kombujime" served with refreshing condiments.
The delicate medallions have a deep flavor, but the addition of kelp deepens it even further! The addition of kombu deepens the taste even more! You can also enjoy a refreshing taste with a squeeze of lemon on the side!
We also recommend the "Kuroge Wagyu Beef Steak," a sumptuous dish made with the best tasting Kuroge Wagyu beef.
This meat, which is grilled to perfection, is served with salt, lemon, and soy sauce based sauce. The garlic chips give it a wonderful savory flavor!
