Our restaurant offers a "Seasonal Recommendation Menu" that allows you to enjoy various seasonal flavors. This is our current spring-only menu item, "Deep-fried bamboo shoots in dashi broth with fuki miso. The fried bamboo shoots are crispy and savory on the outside, and the overflowing broth stimulates your appetite. Please enjoy it as it is or with fuki miso, however you like to eat it.
