今日は寒いですが、少しずつ暖かい日も増えてきました。この時期は、たくさんの食材が旬を迎えます。今回のブログでは、楽蔵うたげ 有楽町店がおすすめする、春の味覚を紹介して行きます。
まずは、「男爵イモのアンチョビポテト」。文句なしの好相性、あとをひくおいしさです!ビールなどと一緒に召し上がっていただけば、お酒も進み、会話も弾むのではないでしょうか。
The Yodarechicken with Bean Sprouts Salad is also a dish that will surely satisfy your taste buds. The spicy sauce with sansho (Chinese pepper), raayu (Chinese chili oil), sesame, and garlic is the key to its flavor. The accent of pak choi and sansho (Japanese pepper) is sure to whet your appetite.
*Yodaregami Chicken" got its name from the fact that it tastes so good that it "drools" as its name suggests.
