As we approach the end of May, this year's spring is coming to an end. The seasons will change with the rainy season and summer to come in a little while. However, Rakuzo Utage Yurakucho is open for business regardless of the season. We have prepared a menu today using the finest ingredients, so please come and visit us.

To savor the last few days of spring, how about the spring menu at Rakuzo Utage Yurakucho, which you can enjoy only during this season?

This is "Baron's potato anchovy potatoes". It is an unquestionably good match, with an unforgettable taste! If served with beer or other drinks, it is sure to be a great conversation starter.

The Yodarechicken with Bean Sprouts Salad is also a dish that will surely satisfy your taste buds. The spicy sauce with sansho (Chinese pepper), raayu (Chinese chili oil), sesame, and garlic is the key to its flavor. The accent of pak choi and sansho (Japanese pepper) is sure to whet your appetite.
*Yodaregami Chicken" got its name from the fact that it tastes so good that it "drools" as its name suggests.

This is a slightly different and creative dish, Sukiyaki Kushiten. Beef ribs are wrapped with garland chrysanthemum, leeks, and hanpen, and then skewered and fried. Please enjoy it in the style of sukiyaki.
