こだわりの炙り料理

楽蔵うたげ 有楽町店は山海の旬の食材を贅沢に使い、味わいの逸品に仕上げていきます。特にこだわっているのが炙り料理。種類も豊富な焼き鳥を中心に、絶妙の火加減で素材の味を引き出します。

肉料理では『楽蔵の3種肉盛り』もご好評をいただいています。牛の中落ちカルビ、特選豚、若鳥の3種類を同時に味わうことができ、ボリュームもたっぷりです。

また、『国産串焼き 盛り合わせ5本』も定番ながらおすすめの一品。どれも、お肉好きのお客様にご満足いただけるものとなっています。

炙り以外も逸品ぞろい

炙り料理以外も逸品がそろっています。肉料理のおともにほしくなるサラダでは『韓国風海鮮ユッケサラダ』が人気です。海鮮、キムチ、韓国のりが入って韓国風のピリ辛味に仕上げており、卵黄を混ぜてお召し上がりいただけばもはや主役級の味です。

また、『本日のお造り』や『特選お造り三品盛り』などの海鮮料理のほか、定番のおつまみやご飯ものも充実しています。ぜひ、いろいろと食べ比べてみてください。

Kaiseki courses are available, using an abundance of seasonal delicacies from the mountains and the sea.
