当店では、鳥取県大山の綺麗な空気と新鮮な地下天然水で育った、安全で安心な鶏肉「大山どり」をつかった串焼きを楽しんでいただけます。ビールがおいしいこの季節、鶏の串焼きをあてに楽しむ一杯は絶品です。コクと旨みが口の中に広がる大山どりの味をぜひご堪能ください。

いろいろな部位が楽しめる「串焼き盛り合わせ」

おすすめはこちらの「大山どり　串焼き盛り合わせ」です。脂乗りのバランスのとれた、ジューシーで味のある肉質が特徴の大山どりの旨みをたっぷりと味わっていただける盛り合わせを5本盛りと8本盛りとご用意しておりますので、みんなでシェアしながらお楽しみいただけます。

自分に合った味の串が見つかりましたら、一本からでもリピートでご注文していただけます。味付けは、塩かタレからお好みでお選びください。

Kaiseki courses are available, using an abundance of seasonal delicacies from the mountains and the sea. Private rooms with a relaxed atmosphere are available for important occasions such as meetings with important persons, business associates, and business partners, along with a wide variety of all-you-can-drink options. We have a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for all-you-can-drink. We are especially proud of our shochu selection.
