暑い季節の定番と言えば、やっぱり、よく冷えたビールですよね。汗もかきつつ日中を慌ただしく活動した後、渇いた喉を潤してくれる一杯目のビールは、本当に美味しく感じられるものです。今回は、そんなビールをますます進めてくれるおつまみをご紹介します。

炙りのひと手間でさらにビールが進む！

まずはポテトサラダから、と決めている方もいらっしゃるかもしれませんね。食べやすく、すぐに出てきて、はじめの一品としても定番のお料理です。

こちらの「ツナ&ベーコンの炙りポテトサラダ」は、通常のポテトサラダにアレンジを加えた仕上がりになっています。ポテトのなめらかな舌触りはもちろん、ツナが入っていて、コクもたっぷり。炙りのひと手間で香ばしくなったベーコンの食感がとっても良いアクセントになっています。

これは美味しいですよ、はじめの一品からビールがどんどん進みます。

たっぷりの薬味が効いている！

さっぱりとした味わいがお好みの方には、こちらの「薬味まみれの冷奴」がおすすめです。ご覧の通り、豆腐を覆わんばかりに、ミョウガや葱などの薬味が盛りだくさん。薬味の風味が、淡白な味わいの豆腐の美味しさをよりいっそう引き立ててくれますよ。
