黒いけど美味しい絶品肉料理

国産親鳥の黒焼き/890円（税抜）

こちらは、見た目が黒くてインパクトありますが、国産親鳥を使用した炙り料理です。ジューシーな肉の旨味をご堪能いただいた後は、冷たいビールをぐびっと一飲みしてみてください。最高の組み合わせです。

皆さん、牛ミスジはご存知ですか？ひそかにファンの多い牛ミスジは一頭の牛からわずか数キロしか取れないとても希少な部位です。ほどよく入ったサシによって柔らかさとジューシーな味わいをご堪能いただけます。おろし玉葱とリンゴのソースをたっぷりつけてお召し上がりください。
