おつまみやスイーツ感覚で食べられる

「さつまいもスティック」

秋の味覚はたくさんありますが、さつまいもはそのなかでも押さえておきたい食材のうちの1つですよね。甘みのあるさつまいもをスティック状にし、カリッと揚げて一品に。ディップソースは甘いソースと、オニオンサワークリームの2種類をご用意しました。おつまみとして楽しみたいときはオニオンサワークリーム、スイーツとして楽しみたいときは甘いソースでぜひどうぞ。1つで2度楽しめるお得感もうれしいポイントです。

手間をかけた逸品はまさに絶品！

「牛すき焼き巾着揚げ」

秋限定でご用意している手間のかかった逸品といえば、「牛すき焼き巾着揚げ」です。甘辛く仕上げた牛すき焼きをお揚げの巾着に包んで、油でカラリと上げました。外はサクサク、中からじゅわっとあふれ出る甘辛いお出汁のコントラストが絶妙です。大きなお口でガブリとかぶりついてくださいね。

〆のスイーツも秋仕様

「ヘーゼルナッツのジェラート」

香ばしいヘーゼルナッツは秋にぴったりのおいしさです。〆のスイーツに迷ったら、今しかお召しあがりいただけない限定スイーツをお選びください。ジェラートの中には砕いたナッツが含まれており、味わいだけでなく食感も楽しめますよ。

Kaiseki courses are available, using an abundance of seasonal delicacies from the mountains and the sea.
