本日のお造り/790円（税抜）

醤油の味が左右される水。楽蔵自慢のこだわり醤油は、八甲田連邦からの伏流水と、世界遺産のシャークベイ産の天然塩を使用してつくられたものです。まろやかな味わいの醤油は、魚の旨味を引き立ててくれます。ぜひ当店へご来店の際は、こだわりの醤油でお刺身をご堪能ください。日本酒との相性抜群のお刺身をお試しください。

するめ烏賊の甘辛炙り/730円（税抜）

お刺身に続いて日本酒に合う料理をご紹介いたします。一つ目の写真は、「炙り〆鯖」になります。炙ったことで風味が豊かになり、旨味と香りを一緒にお楽しみいただけます。また、「するめ烏賊の甘辛炙り」は、甘辛味が食欲を刺激し、食もお酒もすすむ一品です。
