スペインバスク地方のデザート

バスクショコラチーズケーキ/590円（税抜）

こちらは、スペインバスク地方で誕生した「バスクチーズケーキ」です。オーブンで長時間じっくり焼き上げることで表面を焦がして作るのが特徴。当店ではショコラを加えて、大人のビターな味わいとチーズの濃厚な味わいをお楽しみいただけます。ワインとの相性もいいおすすめのデザートをぜひご賞味くださいね。

真っ赤な苺が可愛いドリンク

凍結苺と白苺のサワー/750円（税抜）

続いてご紹介するのは、デザートではありませんが、苺を使用したドリンクをご紹介いたします。冬限定の「凍結苺と白苺のサワー」は、真っ赤な苺を凍らせて入れた可愛らしいドリンクです。苺の甘味とほどよい酸味を感じながらお楽しみくださいね。
