The first seared dish we would like to introduce is today's kama-yaki. It is a rare part of the tuna, and only two can be taken from a single tuna. Please try it when you come to our restaurant. It goes great with sake.

Our best seared meat menu item is this beef steak. Have you ever had beef mish-jiri? It is a rare part of beef that can only be obtained from a single cow. We also offer other seared meats such as "Seared Beef Tongue / 1,390 yen (excluding tax)" and "Blackened Japanese Oyak Chicken / 890 yen (excluding tax)", so please try them all!
